Anyone who has fasted themselves better understands the challenges and the positive effects and can offer valuable tips and support.

After the days of relief at home, our colleagues will also meet at the thermal spa, among other things, to get the circulation going while swimming. Exercise is an essential part of fasting as it promotes blood flow and stimulates metabolism. Employees used this opportunity to be active together and motivate each other.
