The wonderful scent of wood awaits our sauna visitors here - a mild, breathable and relaxing sauna climate in a pleasant environment.

Douglas fir strains from local forests were selected sustainably and regionally. The high heat storage capacity ensures a mild, breathable and relaxing sauna climate.

Taking a sauna has a positive effect on the autonomic nervous system and general well-being and has a strengthening effect on the immune system, thus also serves in particular to cure colds. The appearance of the skin can also be improved by going to the sauna.

Laconioum

Laconium is a Roman sweating and detoxifying bath. Our Laconium has a comfortable, constant temperature of 40 - 45°C.

The heat radiates from all walls and from the benches. As a result, the body heats up and regenerates in a very gentle way. Essential oils pleasantly support the effect of heat. A stay at Laconium is very gentle on the circulation and is an alternative for those for whom the Finnish sauna is too hot. The sauna bath here can last up to an hour. Through this gentle way of sweating, the human body can detoxify and purify. The sauna person's heart and circulatory system are stimulated. Compared to a Finnish sauna, the relatively low temperature of Laconium heats the body slowly and carefully.
It is best to use Laconium regularly. A stay two or three times a week would be ideal, as this allows blood pressure to be permanently regulated and stress can be reduced naturally. A visit to Laconium is particularly suitable for people who cannot go to a very hot Finnish sauna due to the high temperature and for health reasons. Even people with cardiovascular problems can use Laconium under certain circumstances and after a medical examination. As with all types of saunas, the body should also be cooled down with a cold shower or an immersion bath after laconium. A rest period of at least 20 minutes is recommended afterwards.
