Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga, a traditional form of yoga that was taught by Sikh Yogi Bhajan, sees itself as “yoga of awareness” and is a very effective holistic method of body and energy work.

Physical and mental well-being increases, they develop more energy and gain additional strength for everyday life.
Extreme bends, twists or headstands are not included. Kundalini yoga by Yogi Bhajan is dynamic and meditative. It strengthens and relaxes, heals and has an invigorating effect. The combination of posture (asanas), movement and breathing (pranayama) including singing (mantras) strengthens your concentration and energy flow. As an energetic balance to the exercises, there are longer periods of lying down for relaxation and a variety of meditations.
After just a short time, you notice that something is changing. But the longer you practice, the better you feel physically, mentally and emotionally. Kundalini Yoga is yoga for people of all ages and the most diverse requirements. Ideally adapted to today's world with all its challenges and everyday stress at work and everyday life. Your body is toned and blood flow to the organs is improved. Metabolism, hormone balance, circulation and cell regeneration are optimized. The aim is to let our life energy flow freely within us. This is how we master our everyday lives with serenity, flexibility and joy. In addition, stress hormones are reduced and the psyche is strengthened.
