“How to be reborn through fasting” 1 week fasting course for healthy people, outpatient with great supporting program.
Scope of the fasting course: introductory presentation - relief day (preparing for fasting), bowel relief (Glauber salt day), actual fasting (5 fasting days with tea, vegetable broth...)
Breaking the fast together - 2 days of construction and more
Fasting people take part in various fitness, relaxation and information events as well as cozy get-togethers.
The fasting is medically supervised by spa doctor Dr. Matthias Menschel and his fasting team. In addition to the introductory meeting, 4 more fasting meetings with a program are planned at the Menschels Vitalresort.
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
1 meeting: Wednesday February 28, 2024
19:00 Doctor's talk, medical fasting talk, presentation of the course by the fasting instructors.
Sunday March 3 to Wednesday March 6, 2024
daily meetings approx. 16:00 - 20:00
Joint exercise and relaxation groups, lectures, swimming pool admission, fasting information, drinks and fasting food during evening tea hours and medical consultation (schedule will be provided at the first meeting)
