In these 4 yoga days, you can experience the positive effects of yoga (such as physical exercises and breathing techniques) yourself. Kundalini yoga for everyone and every age group not only promotes mobility, but also trains your body, mind and soul
Start: on the day of arrival in the afternoon

Instructor Sonja Wendl :
born in 1970, born in Vienna, internationally certified Kundalini Yoga teacher level 1 (since 2005) and level 2 (since 2017) from 3HO with more than 760 UE + basic training as a YIN YOGA teacher 2021 (Patrick Broome YOGA Academy);
She has been teaching at MENSCHELS 1 to 2 times a week since 2007 and has been leading weekly ongoing courses and workshops several times a week since 2007. In 2012, she and her partner opened their own FREE SPACE for YOGA in Bad Sobernheim. She regularly continues her education with internationally renowned teachers and is also certified as a “hormone yoga teacher in Kundalini Yoga, in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan.”
