As we hike through picturesque landscapes, we take time to breathe consciously and take in the fresh air deeply. We leave the stress of everyday life behind us and focus on the here and now. Every step is an opportunity to connect with nature and sharpen our senses.

Fasting supports this process of purification and renewal. By avoiding solid food, we give our body the opportunity to detoxify and purify itself. We drink fresh juices and clear broths, which provide our organism with important nutrients and at the same time support the cleansing process.

Our program

Astrid Scheffler, fasting guide dfa, will accompany you on your fasting hike. You will experience a doctor-led fasting program based on Buchinger with therapeutic treatments, exercise and relaxation offers, swimming and a sauna. Daily hikes help you recharge your batteries and regenerate body and mind. Medical interview, fasting checks, final consultation, body fat measurement, 2 bowel flushes, 1 foot massage. 1 fasting walk, 5 fasting hikes (8-12 km) duration 3-5 hours, 100-500 meters in altitude (increases by the day). Start fasting together and break the fast together.
