We pay attention to our CO2 footprint in all respects and keep it as small as possible. Even though we are not yet able to completely avoid the emission of greenhouse gases, we are constantly evolving. In principle, we obtain all products we use from certified organic farms. Regional products are preferred.
ABCERT checks compliance with legal and private law standards in the production and processing of organic food.
We will continue to work intensively on ecological improvements in MENSCHELS in the future. Further reduce CO2 emissions. Consume fewer and fewer resources. Continue to consistently use local building materials such as clay, wood, sandstone and slate and strengthen regional economic cycles.
