Move-you-healthy trail - New in Meddersheim
On Sunday, 24.03.2024, the “Move-you-healthy trail” was opened in Meddersheim as part of the “Healthy Communities - Soogesund” project. The trail runs about 800 m away at the winegrowers' cooperative with signs that encourage you to perform various sports exercises, be active and keep moving. It was designed by Anita Zweigert and built with financial support.
In addition to the shields set up, a total of 32 videos recorded, which can be accessed via QR codes along the path so that you can watch the exercises at any time.
